Customization must be done directly on our website. You can personalize your stamp with:

Up to 13 characters on the first line

Up to 15 characters on the second line

For the best stamping results, we recommend using fewer characters.

We support most special characters (é, à, ü, å, etc.), various languages, symbols, and numbers. However, @ symbols and emojis are not supported.

Font & Text Size:
There is no option to select different fonts or text sizes, as the final size depends on the length of the name and personalized icons. However, we always do our best to fit the name within the stamp. This means that text sizes may vary.

If you have specific preferences or concerns, feel free to reach out with your preferred text size, and we’ll check with our team to see if adjustments are possible.

Our innovative stamp uses an ink that lasts up to 50 washes without fading! While the ink adheres instantly, we recommend letting it set for 48 hours before washing for maximum durability. You can also use a dryer to speed up the drying process.

Yes, you can absolutely use our stamp on black clothes! We offer a special white ink stamp designed for darker clothes. Alternatively, you can use the white tape included with every order to stamp with the black ink stamp.

For the best results, make sure to stamp on the matte side, not the glossy one.

And we also have a 2-in-1 name stamp comes with both black and white ink, making it versatile for all types of clothing, whether light or dark.

Absolutely! Our stamp works great on thin fabrics, but ink may show through on very light materials if too much pressure is applied.

To prevent ink from bleeding through, here are two options:

Our stamp is designed for fabrics and porous surfaces. However, here's what you need to know about stamping on plastics, clothing labels, uneven surfaces, shoe soles, and metals:

Plastic

While the ink may withstand up to 50 washes on fabric, stamping on plastic is not recommended if the surface is too smooth or has a glossy finish. This is because certain plastics repel ink, making it difficult for the stamp to dry quickly and may still be subject to rubbing off if exposed to excessive moisture and friction.

Recommendation: If you must stamp on plastic, choose a matte or textured surface for better ink absorption. It's advisable to apply the stamp in areas with less exposure to hands and water to maintain its longevity. To ensure the ink sets properly, use a hairdryer to dry the ink and prevent smudging.

Clothing Labels

While some fabric labels work well with stamps, others can cause ink smudging or smearing due to the material used. Synthetic labels, like satin or polyester tags, do not absorb ink well, leading to spreading and unclear prints.

Recommendation: If the label is too smooth, we suggest stamping directly on the fabric instead or using the white tape included with your order for better adhesion.

Uneven / Non-Flat Surfaces

For curved or uneven surfaces, stamping may not produce a clear and even print. The ink may not transfer properly, leading to patchy or incomplete names.

Sole of the Shoes

Stamping on the sole of the shoes is not recommended because it is exposed to constant friction from walking. This will cause the ink to fade quickly and become unreadable over time.

Recommendation: Instead of the sole, stamp on the upper inside part of the shoe where there is less contact with friction.

Metals and Glasses

Stamping on some metal and glasses does not work well because metals and glasses do not absorb ink, causing it to wipe off easily or take a long time to dry. Even if it dries, it can scratch off quickly.

Recommendation: If you need to label metal items, consider using the free white tape or stickers instead.

It's Easy!
For 1.0 or single sided name stamp: Simply grab the top of the stamp and pull it upwards so that the outer part separates from the stamp itself. Next, remove the two caps and carefully pour the ink in. Once done, reassemble the top, and you're all set! 🎉

For 2.0 or double sided KiddoStamp: Grab the top of the stamp and pull it upwards so that the outer part of the stamp separates from the stamp itself. Locate the ink chamber, and carefully pour the ink inside. Once done, reassemble the stamp, and you're good to go!

Side Note!

Our single-ink KiddoStamp(1.0) includes a cap to maintain optimal performance and preserve the ink.

Meanwhile, our double-sided KiddoStamp(2.0) is intentionally designed without a cap—but don’t worry! Its smart design prevents any ink from spilling. Both stamps have been carefully crafted to ensure a seamless user experience, combining convenience, safety, and efficiency. 🤗

Your stamp will arrive fully loaded with ink, allowing up to 1,000 stamps (on both sides) before needing a refill. Please note that the refill is not included in the package. We highly recommend adding an ink refill to your order; don’t worry, it’s available at a discounted price when purchased alongside the name stamp. 🥰

The ink is designed to last up to 2 years, but it's important to note that it may dry out if stored in a closed or humid environment. To ensure the longevity of your ink, we recommend storing your stamp and ink refill in a cool, dry place when not in use.

Our KiddoStamp is designed to last up to 50 washes without fading. However, factors like detergents, fabric softeners, and high heat settings can cause the ink to fade faster.

If you need to remove the ink, avoid soaking the entire garment, as this may cause the ink to spread and lead to discoloration. Instead, spot-clean only the stamped area. You can also try using rubbing alcohol to help fade the ink more effectively. 😊
